Nancy Vollertsen provides counsel regarding employment-related claims and litigation, prevention and defense of discrimination claims, employee discipline and termination, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, issues .She is an experienced practitioner in traditional labor law, handling labor contract negotiation, mediation and arbitration of labor disputes.
Nancy helps clients with strategic human resources decisions. She also has unique expertise in local government and health care employment law and has served as a mediator in employment disputes.
Nancy is a noted speaker on substantive employment law issues throughout the country, speaking to companies, trade associations, human resources professionals and employment lawyers.
