Mike Kreiling, Owner/Manager of Express Employment (Winona), will be speaking on the topic Shifting Paradigms in Today’s Workforce. Mike's journey with Express began in January of 2000. He has held many roles along the way. At the present time he is responsible for the Winona, Eau Claire, Menomonie, and Rice Lake Express offices. Mike also provides support to the Medford, Wausau, and Tomah offices.
Mike’s core responsibility in Winona is leading the team to help businesses increase profitability, while also helping them become a better employer. Troubleshooting is one of his strengths. While he can quickly diagnose the current situation of a business, Mike can then formulate and prescribe the right staffing strategy to increase success.
Mike will focus on sharing stories he has heard from over 400 clients in his territories over the past year on how they’ve improved recruiting and increased retention.
