Sarah Huerta is a Human Resource Manager at Hiawatha Valley Education District. Sarah is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Women in Business member, and the Winona Toastmaster Club, which she serves as the current Winona Toastmaster President. Sarah’s passion in life is running and improving health and wellness for others. In Sarah’s free time, you will likely find her kayaking, hiking, and running local races and training for marathons.
Sarah has been a Certified Facilitator for DDI: Development Dimensions International, Inc. since September 2014. Today, Sarah will be facilitating Using Effective Feedback for Leadership Success. Learners will discover effective feedback techniques to recognize and motivate others, as well as help others get back on track.
