Kubilay Gok will present on teambuilding; he will share the latest professional and research insights on this topic and how the role of diversity in teams affect HR practice.
Kubilay is an assistant professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management in the Department of Business Administration of the College of Business at Winona State University. Kubilay has completed his Masters’ Degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his PhD at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He teaches Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Managing Diversity.
