Nancy Vollertsen has a wealth of experience in assisting employers manage difficult employee issues and defending employers in legal and administrative claims. With decades of private law practice, she has handled wage and hour matters, discrimination and harassment claims, internal investigations, wrongful termination, employee discipline and discharge matters, and disputes concerning various leave laws. She has been a frequent speaker on employment matters and has authored several articles and books on employment law topics. She earned her JD degree from University of Iowa Law School and is admitted to practice in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota.
