We are excited to return to Elmaro Winery in Trempealeau, WI for our 2015 SHRM Summer Social. Carly Christianson and Anna Hudson from Winona Health will be joining us to speak on Health & Wellness. They will discuss the approach of introducing wellness programs into your company (benefits, struggles & longevity) and how to promote healthy living within your employees and yourself.

Nancy Vollertsen provides counsel regarding employment-related claims and litigation, prevention and defense of discrimination claims, employee discipline and termination, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, issues .She is an experienced practitioner in traditional labor law, handling labor contract negotiation, mediation and arbitration of labor disputes.

Nancy helps clients with strategic human resources decisions. She also has unique expertise in local government and health care employment law and has served as a mediator in employment disputes.

Miranda Eisermann has a Masters of Education and Professional Development from UWL, Bachelor’s in Business Management, minor in HR and accounting and marketing diplomas. She currently works at Inland Label as there Training & Development Manager and serves as the LASHRM Past President. Previously she worked at Mayo Clinic Health System in Safety and HR for 3 years and Trane for 7 years in Finance, Marketing and 4 years in Training 7 Development. Miranda enjoys helping people grow and develop into the best version of themselves.

Diane Amundson will present on the topic; Strategic HR.

Diane Amundson is the owner of Diane Amundson & Associates.  She works with organizations that want to improve their communication for increased productivity.  She has been training, speaking and consulting for over twenty years in the areas of leadership, generational diversity, team building, conflict resolution and strategic planning.
